Is your profile branded, distinctive, authoritative, optimized, and secure? Does it represent the skills, experience, and “voice” that will get you to your What’s Next? Does it speak to the people you want to impress? Using “agile” processes I’ll help you quickly target that specific audience, align your profile to communicate your skills and experience to them in a fresh and relevant way, and optimize your keywords so you’ll show up in the searches that matter most to you.
BUILD YOUR "WHAT'S NEXT" NETWORK
A great profile is essential but insufficient if you want to get LinkedIn really working for you. Your presence needs to be dynamic, not static. With this as our focus I’ll teach you how to find and connect with your target market, deepen relationships with existing contacts, and elevate your visibility with those in your (desired) industry and profession. You’ll learn how to use LinkedIn’s social features (posting, participating in groups, and more), and create a daily routine to build your presence and credibility.
PURSUE A ROLE ON A BOARD
LinkedIn is the primary tool recruiters use to find candidates for paid board roles, but few executives leverage the platform for that purpose. Your profile must not only represent your skills as an operator, it must highlight your value as a board member. I teach prospective board members the essential hacks to highlight their relevant experience, showcase their thought leadership, and focus on the key behaviors that will set them apart.
GROW YOUR CONSULTING PRACTICE
If you’re building (or wanting to boost) your consulting practice, LinkedIn is an integral tool to get the work you want. But your profile and practices need to be laser-focused on positioning you as an authority with the people who can benefit from your services. Using a proprietary tool I developed specifically for consultants, we’ll create a plan to communicate your value to those that will hire you.
